Nestled in the scenic Rhyl Harbour, right next to the iconic Pont Y Ddraig Pedestrian and Cycle Bridge, the Harbour Hub Cafe is the perfect spot to relax and refuel. As part of the CoOptions network of social enterprises, the café creates meaningful opportunities for people with learning disabilities, helping individuals build confidence, develop new skills, socialise with both staff and customers, and gain independence in a supportive environment.
