Supported Employment
The Supported Employment Service by CoOptions is a collaborative initiative between Conwy and Denbighshire Councils, CoOptions, and North Wales Together. Our mission is to assist adults with learning disabilities in finding and maintaining paid employment across Denbighshire and Conwy.
By working closely with both individuals and employers, we aim to eliminate employment barriers and demonstrate that meaningful, fulfilling work is achievable for everyone.
Our Supported Employment Service is designed to provide the guidance, training, and resources needed for adults with learning disabilities to succeed in paid employment.
