> Writing your CV.
> Learning interview skills.
> Finding safe and easy ways to get to work.
> Making any adjustments you might need.

> We match you with jobs that fit your skills and interests.
> We visit workplaces to make sure they are right for you.
> We can help you apply for jobs—or we can apply for you if that’s what you prefer.

> If you get an interview, we can practise with you beforehand.
> We can also come with you to the interview if it helps.

> We stay in touch to make sure everything is going well.
> If you need support, like training or learning new skills, we’ll be there to help.

If you’re not ready for a job yet, we can help you:
> Try work placements or work experience.
> Learn about different jobs and find out what you like.
