With a background as a Wellbeing Officer, Fiona has worked with both older adults and children, providing crucial support in various settings. She has also helped individuals experiencing homelessness work towards independent living, equipping them with the skills and confidence they need to move forward.

Annie Lloyd, Lead Specialist Job Coach

Annie brings a wealth of entrepreneurial experience, having successfully set up and run multiple CIC businesses—including a dog walking service, a clothing shop, and even organising a festival! Her diverse background gives her a unique perspective in helping individuals find and thrive in meaningful employment.

Freya Rogers, Peer Ambassador

Freya is currently working with us to share her experiences and support others using our services. Before joining CoOptions, she struggled with confidence, but with encouragement from her family and support from our Job Coaches, she is growing more self-assured each week. 

Paige Mabbs, Specialist Job Coach

Drawing on her HR and mentoring experience, Paige helps jobseekers to build confidence, develop essential soft skills, and positive workplace behaviours. She works closely with individuals to help prepare them for employment, providing ongoing support to ensure long-term success and independence in the workplace.
