How to Donate:

• Place your donations in any plastic bag.
• Leave the bag next to your blue or black bin (not inside the bin).
• Our kerbside collectors operate every day across Denbighshire.

Need a Bag?

CoOptions branded bags are available for those who need them. You can request these bags at any Council One Stop Shop in libraries across Denbighshire.

Please note that, due to circumstances beyond our control, these bags were not available for distribution alongside the Trolibocs or hessian bags by the Council.

Missed Collection?

If your bag is not collected, please call our recycling centre on 01745 332300, and we’ll arrange an alternative collection.

Large Quantity of Clothing to Donate?

If you have a large quantity of clothing or textiles to donate, we can help! Sometimes, leaving large donations out for collection isn’t ideal, as they may be damaged by the weather or even stolen.

But don’t worry – we’ve got you covered! Simply call us on 01745 332300, and we’ll arrange a convenient time to collect your donations directly from you.
