As the service leader you will be responsible for the start up and development of a support service that provides older people and people with learning disabilities with a range of support in their own home. We will be different because the people who use our services own us, through our co-operative structure.
You will have at least 2 years experience in a social care management position and be ready to hit the ground running. You must also have experience of managing and developing people and also be able to generate and win new business.
Experience of working in: person centred planning: individualised budgets: citizen directed support: direct payments will all be particularly relevant to the post. An interest in development of co-productive working will also be important in the job role.
